Process Flow Description
1.The raw material liquid ammonia is decompressed and vaporized in the vaporization and then enters the decomposition furnace. The decomposition furnace is equipped with an activated nickel catalyst, which is decomposed at a temperature of 780-850 °C to form 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen. 
2.The decomposed high-temperature gas exchanges heat with gaseous ammonia in the heat exchanger, the decomposed gas cools down, and the gaseous ammonia heats up and overheats, and then enters the decomposition furnace. 
3.The decomposed gas enters the dryer to remove residual moisture and other impurities. Two dryers are generally set up, one absorbs and dries ammonia decomposition gas, and the other desorbs the moisture and residual ammonia in the heated state (generally at 300-350 ° C), so as to achieve the effect of regeneration and reuse.


Technical Features
1. Using foreign advanced technology, the decomposition furnace body of ammonia decomposition equipment above 80Nm³/h adopts vertical cylindrical structure and the furnace structure is a plum-shaped columnar structure with the electric heating material evenly surrounded by the decomposition furnace. This structure has good heating uniformity and high heat utilization rate. 
2. 310S heat-resistant stainless steel tube is selected for the furnace kiln, which enhances the corrosion resistance of the furnace liner. 
3. The ammonia inlet pipe adopts imported alloy steel and the thickness of the ammonia inlet pipe is thickened to avoid the strong corrosion of ammonia to steel at high temperature. 
4. In the selection of electric heating materials, according to the operating temperature of the ammonia decomposition furnace, the electric heating ribbon of the alloy material factory is selected as the heating element, which is resistant to high temperature and has a long service life.  
5. The core thermal insulation material aluminum silicate fiber is formed by vacuum suction filtration and strengthened for more than five times on the surface, which makes the thermal insulation material light but high in strength. At the same time, the structure determines that the heat transfer coefficient of the material is 15% lower than that of similar products.
6. The electrical control adopts thyristor control, which reduces the number of on-off times of the electric heating element, prolongs the service life of the electric heating element, and avoids the working noise controlled by the contactor. 
7. The ammonia pressure reducing valve adopts the valve of FISHER company in the United States, which has good pressure reduction and pressure stabilization effect and long operating life.
